RoxboroughRoxborough has played a vibrant role in Philadelphia history since the 17th century.

To preserve the rich historical essence of our area, including the Hermits Cave Historical Site and Ridge Avenue’s role in the Battle of Germantown, the Roxborough Manayunk Wissahickon Historical Society chronicles evidence of our impressive past for the education and enrichment of future generations.

The Roxborough Manayunk Wissahickon Historical Society meets at 7:30 PM on the last Wednesday of March, April, May, September, October and November at the Roxborough branch of the Free Library at 6245 Ridge Avenue. All are welcome to attend. To learn more about The Roxborough Manayunk Wissahickon Historical Society, visit their web site.
